Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Seamless Laundry Co. website or any of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Seamless Laundry Co. provides laundry services including Wash Dry & Fold, Pickup & Delivery, and Self-Service laundry at our locations in the Houston, Texas area. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices may vary by location.
3. Drop-Off and Pickup & Delivery
For Wash Dry & Fold and Pickup & Delivery services, customers must clearly label their items. Seamless Laundry Co. is not responsible for items left unlabeled or for pre-existing damage to garments. Customers are responsible for checking pockets before drop-off. We are not liable for damage caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, gum, or other objects).
4. Garment Care
We make every effort to follow care label instructions. However, Seamless Laundry Co. is not responsible for damage to garments that results from following the manufacturer's care instructions, pre-existing wear or damage, or items not suitable for standard laundering. Customers with specialty or delicate items should notify us at drop-off.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
Seamless Laundry Co. takes great care with every order. In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged item, our liability is limited to a maximum of ten (10) times the cost of the cleaning service for that item. We are not responsible for items left unclaimed after 30 days.
6. Pickup & Delivery
Scheduling of Pickup & Delivery services is handled through our third-party scheduling platform. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to inaccessible locations or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate contact and address information, ensure laundry is accessible for pickup, and not include hazardous materials, non-laundry items, or illegal substances with their orders. Seamless Laundry Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seamless Laundry Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
